Privacy Policy
All information collected on this site will remain private.  We are the only one who will have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us.  Rest assured that we will not sell this information to anyone.    Unless you ask us to discontinue, we may contact you via email to let you know about our special promotions or new items.

 Orders
When you order from us, we will request information from you like Full Name, Shipping Address and other  financial information like credit card number, expiration date.  These  information will used only for billing purposes and to fill your orders.

 Disclaimer
Our paintings are all 100% handpainted and not prints.  We can assure you that the reproductions are very similar to the original, as displayed on our website but cannot be categorized as ‘exact’ replica.  Paintings Galore makes no guarantees of absolute exactness of any painting.

7-Day Money Back Guarantee

You can definitely return paintings within 7 days upon receipt.  You have to contact us to give us the reason of return and wait for our instructions.   50% of our actual shipping cost (one way only) will be deducted from the refund. Returned merchandise must be wrapped & packed in the original tube and send to the address that we will provide you.

 On our experience, we rarely receive this request because we send photos of finished paintings on email for approval to the clients (aside from our in stock paintings).  You may ask for revisions until the painting meets your expectations.

 Shipping Policies

International shipping is free.  But this does not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due to the destination country.   Should the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the payment.   The good news is, the vast majority of our customers (about 99.5%) do not have to pay any such charges, with the exceptions being those in Italy (occasionally) and in Australia, where some have to pay a quarantine inspection charge.

 Delivery Policies

For in stock paintings, it will be shipped to you within 3 to 5 days upon receipt of your order and payment.   And for those we have to paint, it will take 14 to 25 days to finish your painting.  It will be sent to you upon your approval.   

 For unframed paintings:

1.       Paintings  will be shipped rolled in a protective sturdy tube.

2.      It will include about  2-5 cms of extra painted canvas around the actual painting for framing purposes.

 For framed paintings:.

1.       Wrapped in plastic and with protective corners

2.      Shipped in a protective sturdy art box.
